Default worst reactions after bad beats

just curious if anyone of u FLIP out after ridiculous down swings or bad beats. recently i punched my brand new 20 inch monitor, destroying it, and i also flipped over my computer stand, luckily the tower sits next to, and not on it.

I usually just look for something close-by that I don't give a [censored] about and either:

a.) hold it in my left hand and punch it with my right
b.) throw it at the wall as hard as I can
or c.) while holding said object, bite it and shake my head violently

I should probably stop that...

it was bad earlier when i broke plates by throwing them against the wall, however, lately, i've come to accept the [censored] that goes down at full rigged poker...
