It tastes good by itself, but I'm wondering if anybody has ideas for combining it with other foods. Its sort of a strange food, so I wouldn't really know where to start experimenting.

I make them with egg egg whites instead of eggs, a banana and some cinnamon. They turn out very similar to regular pancakes, they're just a bit heavier (maybe add some baking powder?). I eat them plain or with some fruit/jam. Very healthy and delicious. |

Always eat some cottage cheese before you go to bed. It'll keep your muscles from wasting away while you sleep. If you get sick of it put some different favored protein powders or some fruit in it.
