What sports moment made you the happiest/saddest?
I was thinking about this.
When Ozzie Smith homered off some Dodgers pitcher in like the 1985 Championship Series, that broke my heart. I remember being in tears at like 10 years old. And happiest was some Giants vs. 49ers Monday Night Football game. I had lost like 400 bucks on the weekend betting sports, and made a 800 dollar bet on the game. Garrison Hearst broke through for a long running touchdown late in the game to seal the deal for the 7 pt. spread. I was sooooooooooo happy. Curious what other people have as their highs and lows. |

Re: What sports moment made you the happiest/saddest?
HIGH: 2004 NFCCG. Eagles finally make it to the Super Bowl.
LOW: 2002 NFCCG. I was at the game in the 700 level. By far the worst of the three NFCCG losses. Quite possibly the worst loss in Philly history. |

Re: What sports moment made you the happiest/saddest?
Happiest: Kordell Stewart's Hail Mary pass... I will never feel that elated about one play I doubt for a long time, it was just surreal
Saddest: Many to choose from, but the combo of the Broncos not being able to just run the clock out against San Fran and Darrent Williams getting shot last year was probably the saddest 24 hours of my sportsfan days |

They did a "Top MNF football moments" the first week either for the Thursday game or before the Monday double header and I think this was #1. Probably the closest thing to a walkoff you can get in football |

He had not been shut down the entire game. |
