AQ: 3bet and c/r flop
No reads on villain. How is this line in general? The reason I preferred it over just cbetting the flop is because I thought checking would induce more bluffs.

Re: AQ: 3bet and c/r flop
is he the type of donk that would min raise utg with AA or KK and then come out 90 on the flop.... to me it looks like you have him crushed

Re: AQ: 3bet and c/r flop
Nothing's calling your c/r that you beat (maybe KQ, but doubtful), so unless you have a read that he will bet when checked to (which you don't) why not cbet and then try and squeeze another bet out of him on turn or river if he has 66-JJ or Qx?
If he is a station preflop and an auto-bettor when checked to post flop then I like this play a lot more... |

Re: AQ: 3bet and c/r flop
note: 90 is what full tilt will bet on this flop if you mash the pot button. it doesn't take out the rake for some reason.
in general i don't know about this "i checked it to him after 3 betting because i wanted to induce bluffs." regardless, this is about as good a flop as you can see for your hand, so if you're playing this hand because you think AQ is going to be good on a Qxx flop, looks fine. |
