There are some albums that I fall in love with immediately. Others take a while. I remember being extremely disappointed with Tool's 10,000 Days first listen through. After a few times through, I liked it more and more. Now it's one of my favorite albums.
Same thing happened with White Stripes and Icky Thump. What albums did you dislike at first, but after more listens, is now a fave? |

Mars Volta, Amputechture. Day of the Baphomets has to be one of the most amazing songs ever, and I loathed the song and the group at first.

I came in here to say 10,000 days. I suspect many others will too.

Another choice for me would be Broken Social Scene's You Forgot It In People. I really like that album now, though I like to imagine that it ends after track 10. [/ QUOTE ] Hmm, I never really got into this album. Not that I didn't like it, it just never stuck with me. Guess I'll have to give it another shot. |

M.I.A. - Kala - This album keeps getting better with every listen. [/ QUOTE ] Man I thought this was catchy as hell about half-way through. Plus, she sounded hawt. |
