I think on the flop I'm leaning towards a c/f, but pushing is clearly fine. You said hes been abusing 3 bets and getting away with it. Why then would he call your 4bet unless he had something solid? Thus I'd lean towards c/f. That said, as played when he checks behind and the J falls on trn that is a perfect spot to push IMO.

This flop is really dry considering the PF action. You've put in 30% of your stack PF knowing you'll miss flop 2/3 time. Given the flop texture I'd continue betting.
