He is repping an overpair here; the classic 3 barrel. Whether or not he has it depends on you. You can't really get any solid advice here it's so read dependant.

The raise on the turn tells me he doesn't simply have top pair.. Stinks the overpair here.

seems more like an instafold than a call.

rarely if ever a bluff - wtf does he think you possibly fold on the river that you called his turn ch/r with????

your toast, I would not call this unless the guy was on seroius tilt and would show down something like 99. your against jj or qq a lot here.

Your turn bet is terrible I like checking and calling a river bet. 18 is just asking to get raised and as played I fold.

ya turn check and call river is sexy.. I'm liking that line a lot for pot control when I'm not exactly sure where I'm at or if I know villain will bluff river more often than not..

Betting 30 on turn and folding to a raise seems pretty fine too.. fold river, this is like the strongest line you can take when villain wants to leave himself with a PSB on the river.
