Difficult preflop spot
No real history with wynn but basically i just have to be ahead of him....What would your preflop priority be vs an unknown, anyone think folding or raising is much better than calling?

Re: Difficult preflop spot
I kinda like a shove here...there is a lot of money in the pot and I think we get looked up very very light here.

Re: Difficult preflop spot
Shove.
Your hand is fairly strong and underrepresented, wynn could be squeezing with a range that you're far ahead of, and mossy is terrible if he's slowplaying a higher PP. |

Re: Difficult preflop spot
I think it is very unlikely that someone tries a squeeze play against 3 players with the original raiser UTG. So I would put him on a strong range TT+/AK maybe AQs and if he is prepared to call your shove with this range you will be 45/55 small underdog, which is much better than I thought. Even against KK+/AK you’re still only a 40/60 underdog. With all the money that is already in the pott it is probably best to shove.
Shove > call > fold |

Re: Difficult preflop spot
The "call a standard raise, shove over a 3bet" move almost always screams "I have a mid pair up to JJ at best".
Everyone else in the hand can pretty much play perfectly as a result. For that reason I'd prefer a call, although I think it's better to 3bet yourself in the first place. |

Re: Difficult preflop spot
i mean i'd be all for shoving if the squeezer was a total idiot but vs most i think calling is best cause when stacks go in you will basically never be a favorite.
