Default Question about Restealing

I read an article by Moshman on restealing, and realize I don't resteal enough. My question is whether resteal principles should be used in STT equally as in MTT. Basic question for most here, but not for me. Thanks.

Uh, never mind. Article is called "Steals and Resteals in SNGo." So I guess that answers my question. Carry on.

In the Small Stakes MTT, the "Anthology of Wisdom of MTTs" has two links regarding re-steals:

but.. he got quite crushed himself in his booktread

I would rather read something by any of the twoplustwoers. Some inspiration from the math of poker book wouldn't hurt to much either.

check out this tread for restealing

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showth...SID=&fpart=

it's basically a handfull of good players making comments of a guy playing a sng. In the later stages there are some situations where he should have made a resteal.

I wouldn't trust anything that anyone in this thread posts. Take it for what it's worth.

Slim did a good review of moshman's book and didn't tear it up completely. So, I have to assume it's not a bad book.

Search the Magazine forum and you'll see my post that supplements Moshman's article on re-stealing. My post adds the math behind and gives you some more quantitative factors to consider when re-stealing.
