calls-- not even close [/ QUOTE ] Well, it's clearly a +EV call, even though you are rarely ahead: Board: Ad 5d 6s Dead: equity win tie pots won pots tied Hand 0: 66.274% 66.23% 00.05% 14424 10.50 { 66-55, A6s-A5s, KdQd, KdJd, 9d8d, 9d7d, 87s, 8d6d, 7d6d, 65s, 6d4d } Hand 1: 33.726% 33.68% 00.05% 7335 10.50 { AcKh } Note that this range doesn't include any pure bluffs or any hand like AJ/AQ that he's just getting over-aggro with. I much prefer calling the flop and pushing any non-[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] turn. |

SB checks, Hero bets $5, SB raises to $18, Hero raises to $48, SB raises to $110.40 and is All-In, I have $62 left [/ QUOTE ] try to avoid lines that have you putting in like 1/2 a stack and then folding. as played instacall the 4bet even though you HATE it. what were you tryin to accomplish with your 4bet in the first place? |

Re: can I get away from tptk? 100nl
not now you can't, that's a must call after you 3bang the flop. a 19/16 isn't calling too much out of the blinds except a PP. The only drawing hand he'd do this with is 8d7d. I think call and re-evaluate turn here is good. I think if he bombs the turn you can find a fold.
