$6.50 weird spot with AA
This spot's only weird because of awkward stack sizes at low blind levels. Any suggestions on flop size betting? I don't like my push, so maybe there's something else I could do...

CR All In. [/ QUOTE ] either way is fine IMO, if you repop pre and then check, it looks awful suspicious which is why i might just push here |

Re: $6.50 weird spot with AA
This is a flop we don't mind giving a free card on so I think going for the CR and giving our opponents an opportunity to bluff the flop is the best choice. When they don't bite then I shove the turn. When some card like a 2 pops off they think "hmm that 2 couldn't have possibly helped him, he must have AK" and call with their 66.

Re: $6.50 weird spot with AA
push preflop. If they are calling a raise to 500, they are likely calling a shove in the 6.50s. People think Ax and any pair are good calling hands.

[/ QUOTE ] I dunno... lots of players at this level will call off 6/7ths of their stack but fold to an all-in. Funny but true |

Check raise all in is good if you think someone will bet at this. Open push is fine as well.

Re: $6.50 weird spot with AA
this looks completely fine to me. If you think someone is more likely to play if you leave yourself with like 2 or 300 chips you can do that, but you're getting it all in for value no matter what so it probably doesn't make much difference.

wp. you cannot c-bet it, and even against a made hand (flush/set) you have a ton of redraws.
