I'm really clueless about hands like these. Is it even ok to 3bet here? Since we're making the postflop descisions for shortstacks quite easy and cbetting also becomes quite a problem (at least for me).
How does everybody else handle these situations, when do you bet on a flop, and when not? looks fine; push uncoordinated flops, it's amazing how often they fold

Just push ANY flop when he's that short.

3bet pre is oh so standard.
I'd be making sure I'm pushing at least 75% of my range on the flop. I'd probably push flop here. Probably fold turn |
