The law restricts the buyin cap to $100. You'll find some rooms that run NL games with a higher blind structure (2/5 and 5/10) but you basically have guys buying in $100 at a time until they've all built up stacks to play at the higher blind structure.

There are gambling boats that leave from most ports of call that will spread bigger games. SunCruz Casinos being one of them.
Here's a link to their page. http://www.suncruzcasino.com/ |

The largest No Limit game you will find in Florida in a land based card room or casino is $100 max buy in with blinds of 1/2 and someplaces 2/5. Cash played in the Indian casinos for the first 5 days of July, the Feds came in and stopped that(with a few other things). Tampa Hard Rock does have 2/5 and 1/2 blinds available. They also have donk n go's 125,250,535 and 1050. The rake is quite high on the 125's and 250's. Good Luck.
