I bet river for value and called raise because the only hand that beats me and makes sense consider turn play is JJ. How do you think about the hand ? |

Well played, I think he can play AA or 22/77/44 like this too though, but you can't fold getting almost 5-1 on the river.
I'd probably lead the river slightly bigger, but no biggie. |

There is no reason to check the turn in a re-raised pot, you want him to stack off with his range, which he can and will do if you bet.
I'd bet less than $100 to make it appear he's got fold-equity. You're getting 5:1 on the river you've got to call. edit: I don't like the river bet, it's too thin, what do you expect him to call / bluff with? This would be better on a Ten high board where he can think JJ is the nuts. |
