BB vs. Limped SB **POLL**
While I'm on the subject of blinds, here's another situation I wanted to check on from NL.
It seemed like in NL if the SB just completes in B vs. B battles, a lot of NL players are raising with *most* playable hands (as well as some not-so-normal ones) for steal value since the SB showed weakness by just completing. I'm wondering if this is the same in LHE, or if you need specific info, ie: your cards and player weakness, in order to determine whether or not you raise in this situation? ***DISCLAIMER***: : I'm going to qualify this one with an UNKNOWN SB. I know the nature of the limper (Tricky, limp-reraises, plays really well post flop, etc.) can change things. I'm just trying to find out if this is a default play until proven otherwise, or if you need specific information BEFORE you auto raise in LHE in this position.*** |

Re: BB vs. Limped SB **POLL**
I raise around top 50% against an unknown, but I suck at blind play.

Re: BB vs. Limped SB **POLL**
I voted autoraise. I don't autoraise, but I raise alot of hands in this situation. Often these limpers are bad and I rape them after the flop in position.

Re: BB vs. Limped SB **POLL**
raise playable hands, hands with SD value, and obviously anything that you would steal with. The only think I check behind is absolute crap.

Re: BB vs. Limped SB **POLL**
if you have zero postflop fold equity against villain when they have Q-high plus then you should just check behind with playable hands that have no SD value.
