I don't like it because a 7 doesn't make much sense for your hand range. It'd be very rare for you to have a 7 here and any decent hand reader will call figuring it's a chop.. also you run the risk of him having 77 and stacking you. I just call.

why do you raise pf, isn't sb raiser's range pretty small usually?
i dont like river raise, he's not folding anything. i'd rather bluff on flop or turn. |

come on, he can't be totally brain dead to think you're going to 4bet pf and then fold the 3rd nuts on the riv to a single bet as for calling a 3bet pf, i'd call 77 and 87s/67 maybe 50% of the time. but i was just asking about why jfish was surprised at those hands being in villain's iso range, not his iso/call a 3bet range. |
