Is Fireone the same thing as Firepay?

Firepay is owned by the Fireone Group. Just go to firepay.com and it says it right on the front page.

WTf should I do now that I have over 1k on full tilt? Cash out via firepay or is that too risky?

Now hold on a second here.

Nothing says Firepay won't stop dealing with US customers, just US "gamblers". If you go ahead and move your $ before this deadline, you should be set and your money will still be safe once it hits Fire before they make this change.

Now, if Neteller makes a fast decision on Friday to follow suit, a lot of people may be stuck with $ in their poker accounts.

My plan is to nearly empty my poker accounts to Neteller, probably Wednesday, giving time to hit my NT account. If on Friday, the sticky brown object hits the fastly moving object, at least I'm out. Once things settle over the following days, can always get back into the game.

Maybe I'm playing to too safe, but, I'm not playing for a living anyway.

(My 2 euro cents.)

You have to be mentally challenged if you don't think that Neteller is going to take the same path. What payment options are left after that? e-checks?

Yeah Neteller will certainly follow. Yes that leave eChecks until EFT's are coded and that goes out the window. Then you get Western Union for the sites willing to do some grossly shady stuff.

Yeah, except that Neteller has released a statement stating that it's business as usual. The banking sites are likely to differentiate on this stuff, just like the poker sites.
