I suck at poker and handreading

Call down from the raise and hope he has QJ, KQ or AQ and not KJ. Don't raise the turn, but from your title I'm guessing you already know that. KJ is the most likely hand considering you have a Q already though.

Well all those hands you mentioned, + AJ + diamonds
don't just do a stove though because he has to call the flop and pop the turn. note KJ is a double gutter so he can raise that on the flop.

In a lot of pots i'm probably as, if not more passive than you, but in this spot in particular i'll 3-bet vs. this guy if all i have is all OP has put up, which is pretty common. There's nothing wrong with calling down, and as i say to my students "if you're in a spot where it's reraise or call and you don't know what to do - call for now" but plz. TPTK is a monster. IMO, if TPTK is not a monster for you, you're not in enough pots.

For once I disagree with you danza. And pretty much for the reasons others have stated.
I do wanna add tho. If he is on like a diamond draw or a gut and is prepared to fire the river UI, then 3-betting doesnt do you any good against that range. Quoting that people have a draw is usually not an argument for raising IMO
