Bubble question
Hey all,
I've been an avid reader here for sometime. I have been honing my SNG play and I have to say you've all helped enormously, with the hand histories and the tools you've suggested. SNGPT , bubble trainer. I've been pondering a situation as I've been practicing my bubble pushes... Are there any 'guidelines' as to bubble play ( best practices ) where a push may be considered +ve EV ( if you are correct on your opponents calling range ), but that you'd say wait for a better time to push... For instance, you are short stack, so is someone else, adn you have a push that is +0.5 EV, should you not push and wait for your short stack opponent to either double or bust? Is there any merit to compiling a handful of rules like this? any thoughts? thanks freak |
