Guy claims he made 10K in RB - could it be true?
So a guy I speak with online told me that he made about $9,700 in rakeback in February. He plays 3/6 to 5/10 NL, mostly on sites with contributed rake.
If he played about 40K hands in February, is there any chance he actually has made that much, or is it pretty likely he is full of [censored]? |

I have made more than 12k of rakeback in a month before many times. So it is possible.

Re: Guy claims he made 10K in RB - could it be true?
dunno . say 40,000 times ave rake per hand is $1.50. Total is 60,000 for the month. If playing at six man table which averages 5 players his share is 60,000/5 players times say 27% = $3,240. something like that. so he needs to play like
120,000 to make 10,000. There are players that could do 10,000 if they play like 4 short tables 8 or 10 hours per day. lol. whoa. that would kill me. someone could prob perfect this calc better. i am just brainstorming. |
