Poker Cards
What poker cards do you use?
I am looking to buy some quality 100% plastic cards. I was going to get the EPT cards which are nhfournier cards but when i went on their website i found nowhere to order. What cards do you use and how good are they to use? Thanks NHFOURNIER cards used on EPT but unable to order them looking for similar ones? |

Re: Poker Cards
i found that Copags scratched easily and were extremely slidey that they kept sliding off the table.. but they are nice cards i will admit that

Re: Poker Cards
I recently had the same issue and bought 3 types of cards, all Jumbo index. Prices include shipping.
KEM - about $25 for 2 decks COPAG - about $15 for 2 decks MODIANO - about $10 for 2 decks The KEMs really are the best, but if you don't want to spedn the $$, the MODIANOs are better than the COPAGs, and cheaper. |

Re: Poker Cards
I got a setup of those Fournier cards from Pstars and thought they were ok, until we played with them. Both decks were off the table in less than two hours with marked cards in them...fingernail indentations or something similar (no suspected cheats, I think they are just shiney and ding easy). In retrospect, I have been using the same setup of KEM's for over two years. Copags are good too, except they fade...no effect on play, just slightly annoying.
I prefer regular index. The jumbo's work well (especially for elders that refuse to wear glasses), but I have had some complaints that you have to lift up too much of the card to see the suite on my KEM jumbos. sooooo.....KEM bridge sized regular index has been my go-to card. |

Re: Poker Cards
Other than the backs, these Fourniers are probably the same:
http://www.caragails.com/fournier.htm I have this setup and really like them, but I still prefer KEM bridge size standard index over all. |
