Re: $100 AK blind defense on AKQ flop
What does a good UTG+1 raise here, that you beat?
I am not to excited with my hand here. Ok, you seem to be readless, but this hand can really be nasty. I check/call and reevaluate on the turn. Actually Bet-fold sounds good, but you could do that with any two, because you wont like your hand, if he calls and can hope for a split at best. So betting turns your hand basically into a bluff. That beeing said, i prolly call the flop and fold unimproved on the turn. If he fires again, well, he earned my chips. |

[/ QUOTE ] this is the worst advice i've ever seen, no way we are bet folding this hand in a 1 table tourney, i like betting out in case he checked behind you so he doesnt get to the turn for cheap with the intention of reraising if he raises your bet. |

Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 bets t90</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t300</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises all-in t1410</font>

Re: $100 AK blind defense on AKQ flop
I'm definitley checking my monster hand and raising if he bets. Why are we so afraid here, why such a rediculous range for an unknown villain?
