I think the idea of 'never fold an overpair to a TAG in a reraised pot' is pretty much always good (at least with an image of ~21/18/4 like mine is).

While playing the hand, i somehow "had to" shove. after the hand i did the exact same pokerstove calculation as Bramsterdam did and was wondering whether it was a pure tiltshove. I'm not sure whether the above range is even too wide because many villains would not shove AK in this spot, not even 1/4 of the time.
That's why I wanted your opinion on this. I usually mainly sticked to the "never fold an overpair to a TAG in a 3bet pot" policy but after analyzing the hand, I was uncertain whether it's really good to apply it here. |
