Default How much is PokerTracker/HUD worth?

I was just wondering what the consensus is on how much having PokerTracker and a HUD increases your ROI at $16 and $27 SNGs.

playing without tracking the regulars and the 40-vpip-fish is a very unecessary mistake. so spend some buyins on both programms or bonus wh0re them.
