1-2 NL flush and straight draw all-in call
9 handed, Live game. Hero is in 6th position. 3 players limp to Hero. Hero limps with A-3 hearts. Button limps, small blind limps, big blind bumps to $10. All 3 limpers call, Hero calls, button and small blind call. Flop comes 2-4-7 with two hearts. Big Blind shoves all-in for $90 into the $70 pot. Action folds to hero. Read on big blind is that he would only do this with a pair- he wouldn't c-bet two over cards. Only other read is that the button has been pretty loose and has a monster stack.
P.S. I allready hear the "I wouldn't call pre-flop" argument. More interested in the flop thinking here... |

Re: 1-2 NL flush and straight draw all-in call
Preflop is totally good and standard live, esp with some deeper stacks around.
Well, if your opponent has two kings here, you are a FAVORITE to win the hand. I would push all in preventing button from coming along with something stupid (and if he calls with a worse draw hey that's great), and feel good about getting 2:1 on my money in a likely coinflip situation. |

Re: 1-2 NL flush and straight draw all-in call
I probably just call and hope the Button calls and lets me check the Turn UI, but I'd at least consider shoving.
Against any pair 88-KK, you are a slight favorite (3 A's, 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]'s, 3 offsuit 5's) and are getting almost 2:1 on your money. You're a slight underdog to AA. Given preflop action, I'd say a set or straight are very unlikely from BB (but not necessarily Button). |

Yah I'd say a straight is pretty unlikely here too

Re: 1-2 NL flush and straight draw all-in call
Yeah- I think the question here is really shove or call? I think the button would call with an overpair (8-8, 9-9) and maybe even with top pair. In all of these cases I think I want him to call. However, what if he shoves? Or if he shoves on the turn? I'd be calling $260 into $340 which I would have to fold on the turn.
