How to go pee playing continuous?

If I only drink water usually it won't be a problem since I'll be able to hold it for however many hours im playing.

The other day i drank a frappucino as i began my set and had to run to the bathroom twice while i had 8 tables open. a few hands were mucked. how do i avoid this in the future?

strategically speaking, i try to pee right before my set and hold it in if i need to go during....better to go than to play uncomfortably though so if its that bad, sit out and make it fast, you wont miss more than 2 hands at most.

I'd say through an extensive training routine which stretches the bladder.

I wouldn't advise you to not drink frappucino or go to the toilet before you start because that would be boring. Bladder stretching is the way forward.

well it is a serious post. i was only drinking frappucinos because i was tired and playing tired is worse than playing with a full bladder.

Yeah I have a worse problem, too. I have Crohn's Disease so when I need to take a #2....
