the question is how tight he's been 3betting. If he's 3betting light, this is an easy shove.
Actually, I think this is a shove anyway with no overcards to our pair. The thing we do need to worry about is the button behind us. How well does he play? (I realize you say he folded, but we still need to talk about the reads you've got on him.) |

From what i've seen of 5c/10cNL, most people don't tend to 3-bet anything but aces and kings pre-flop, and so I probably fold preflop rather than having to play against a 3-bettor and possibly the button as well (also noting that 5c/10cNL players call 3-bets loosely).
