Default KK turn and river decisions

Villain is BB. My PT stats on him are 23/16/3.3/133 hands.
I'm not sure what to do on turn and river. I called the turn believing he would only bet river if he had me beat. Comments on especially the turn and river are very welcome.

I raise the turn to ~$75 and get the rest in later.

I just can't figure out this guys line. Why would he c/c me on flop and then bet out on turn? I think when he calls me out of position in his BB he is most likely to have a pocket pair. So my concern is does he have a set or does he have an overpair which I beat. Therefore I called the turn and thought I would fold to a big river bet since he would likely be holding a set. How does that sound?

His line seems really if he has some kind of big draw especially with his AF. I guess he could have decided to take a weird line and slowplay a set even though its a drawy board. With you raising UTG he probably can rule out most big draws from your range. I guess he could be bet/folding a weaker over pair. I think calling and reevaluating is probably good.

Ok. But how would you play the river then if you agree on the turn decision?

Maybe i am just bad but i do not understand how a turn raise is the best play. I would like if someone could explain. These are my thoughts.

I guess it makes the hand easier because he will just fold a lot. But i can not see how this is better for value than calling turn calling river. I think he is folding or shoving almost always with a board like this. He doesn't have many worse overpairs because he did not 3bet pre. I can't see a hand we beat just calling. We are putting in almost as much money raising as calling on the river, and i think it is much more likely he will bluff a missed draw or value bet worse or something than give you value for a turn raise.
