T9s: TPNK + gutshot push in reraised pot?
No many hands on the villain, but he was 17/17 so far. His high PFR suggested he might have a wide 3-bet range, thats why i called PF. And his raise wasn't very big.

Re: T9s: TPNK + gutshot push in reraised pot?
You are thinking the wrong way imo
Just because he has a high PRF number it doest not mean he three bets with a wide range (not really sure why you would interpret that as being so). Because you haven't played many hands with him i'm giving him respect and giving him quite a bit of a tighter range...which would mean a push is bad. Would probably call and re evaluate turn |

i dont mind it but consider raising less and obv calling a shove because it'll look more like value and less bluffy/fold equity-y, like this does.

that might be villain's 3-betting range, but it's not his calling range.

that might be villain's 3-betting range, but it's not his calling range. [/ QUOTE ] Exactly what I was thinking. Run that through Poker Stove w/ the AK taken out, and give villain 66+. This is a pretty iffy bluff. Maybe he folds TT and JJ. I don't like it. |
