Default Republican debate thread

A diverse field of ten old white guys square off in the first Republican debate of the '08 election cycle tonight on MSNBC.

Ironically, every Republican ever to run for President happened to be pitted against an older white Democratic gentleman.

Actually the democrat is often younger, as with Kennedy, Mondale and Clinton. I always assumed this is because democrats hate the elderly.

Older in the sense of "an older man" not older than his opponent. Over 40 is older relative to the general population, at least according to "Hot MILF" websites.

Go Ron Paul!! Man, I hope he does a good job...

He can at least make it very uncomfortable for the top 3.

It took a while for me to figure out why Air Force One is right there. They're doing this at the Reagan Presidential Library, and I think Air Force One is a non-operating exhibit.

Also, GOP fields haven't always been this homogeneous. Elizabeth Dole and Alan Keyes are two recent candidates that I remember.

Hahaha, nh.

Except in this version, everyone ends up being forced to buy the winner's record.
