They have stopped supporting their products.
My registration key has been locked due to having installed the software more than twice (1 desktop, 1 laptop + a reformat) and they won't answer emails or PMs. It's really out of order considering that they're still selling the software! edit: Toned down title. -Sam |

There goes another product. This just happens way too often. This is my third product that mystically disappears into bit heaven. This is no good image for poker software developers.

This is why free stuff everyone can contribute to is alot better. Mining programs could be made with AHK scripts that aren't that long really. If I was into mining I would have made my own a long time ago.

very true beta ... anything idleminer can do, AHK can do the just as well, all you have to do is check out the pokertracker website forums

Idleminer support is annoyingly slow but over time all issues I've had with Idleminer Absolute
and Idleminer FullTilt have been resolved. |

[/ QUOTE ] I can't take anything you say seriously because my experience just this past month was 100% opposite. I installed Idleminer on a second computer, I sent them an email and in less than 24 hours they addressed all my concerns so I could run the application on my new server. They have been very easy to do business with, and the application works perfectly 24 hours/day. sorry - I am a very happy customer and would recommend their software to anyone. |

It's been now 5 days since my previous email. I've just sent them another one, I will update this thread when I receive a reply from them. Also, tbh, there are free programs that have better support out there. Crap support is just not acceptable when you pay for something. Especially when u need to email them after 2 installs. wtf is that about anyways. I reformat my PC every 3-4 months. i don't need that [censored]. |

Slow reponse from them here too I setup a new computer and emailed them on Friday for a new acitvation code and haven;t heard any from them yet. Their site says expect a response within a few hours

Maybe their response simply got into your junkfolder?
At least i ( www.spadeit.com ) have big problems with yahoo and hotmail. They seem to not like emails from my usual support account :/ |
