$1k Super Tuesday
Effective stacks- Me: $3825 Villain: $4200 Blinds are 25/50 I raise to 150 with TT from hijack, CO calls, and SB calls. CO has been playing tight and not getting out of line. He is an unknown to me, but I pokerdb'd him and he is a pretty big winner. SB is loose-passive. The flop comes AA9. I bet 300 and the CO calls. The turn comes a ten. I bet 675 and he calls. Both of his calls weren't instant, but the 15 second warning didn't come up either. The river is a 4. I have 2700 left, and the pot is at 2425. I think he has AJ or AQ, so should I value bet, or shove? |

Stick it in yo. [/ QUOTE ] Appropriate time for a 'that's what she said remark' perhaps? I too go all in. |

I insta-shove and think that a shove gets called as frequently as say a 2/3pot bet and perhaps even more frequently.

id make ur bet sizes on other streets bigger so that you dont have an awkward stack on the river. In this spot if hes good he wont pay u off much, but at the same time he really never has u beat. Hope hes bad or just stubborn and just shove all in

IMO, he pokerdb'd you as well, he is a big winner and he didn't instacall.
Have you got good stats? If yes value-bet, if not shove. |

i would shove. If he's callin you on flop and turn then he will probably call the river. nice 5th place finish!
