I dunno, I raise more pre-flop. If you pop it larger preflop, you can probably eliminate set-whoring hands like 55 and 44 from his range. I think the turn re-raise all-in was probably off base. If you re-pop the flop and he comes over the top, you can perhaps lay down your hand to a set, but as played you don't really know if he is on some weird combo-draw, something like KQ/AQ, or a set. I believe by this point there is a strong chance you are behind as played.

I'm definitely three betting it on the flop. There are way too many draws out there, and if he's bad enough you get him to stack off with a queen.
