Default Apathy style theory question - raise or fold to donkbet?

I've got a couple ideas in mind for this. This one might be low-hanging fruit...

You were the preflop aggressor & you have position. An UTG player who limp-called preflop now leads the flop for about 1/2 PSB. You are HU. You have a choice, you can do one of the following every time:

a) Make a pot-sized raise.
b) Fold.

Whatever you choose, you have to do that every time, regardless of the board, stacks, or anything else.

If we have to do this every time, we are going to spew away our stacks very quickly.

Assuming we can do something different if we make a hand...

vs a nit, fold
vs a tag, fold
vs a lag, raise
vs a donk, raise

Grunch, could we change the question so that the donk bet is 1/4-1/3 PSB?

No, I picked 1/2 PSB for a reason. I'll explain my reason later.

I say raise, because thats my standard line in this situation with no reads. (however, theory-wise, having to do this always might make this -EV)..
