I fold a flush
Villain was 30/1/3 over about 60 hands but I didn't have any real reads.

Yeah this is fine. You can't semi-bluff the turn and then check when you make your hand! [/ QUOTE ] I was thinking this but the fact that the river pairs the board changes things. I would've had no trouble betting a non-pairing flush card or a str8 card.
