No, i think your river play made the most sense with how this hand was played.

I generally just complete this hand pf

I think shoving the flop is best. There are too many cards that could come on the turn that will either give you the worst hand or kill your action.

i agree with bobbo, barring a flop 3-bet u played it well. op, were you high when you wrote something about c/f riv?

EDIT: it sounds like i meant a flop 3-bet is neccesary, that's not the case imo. it's just an option.

With the missed draw out there c/c is much better than anything else. I 3-bet flop though.

I agree... the only limped hand we're losing to is T9, unless people limp the cutoff (which is terrible in the first place) with AT, which I don't see.... there's some hands like Qxdd or JT, QT, etc that might get crazy on the flop but be deterred on the turn possibly, and or there could be a bad card for you. I like 3 betting the flop for sure.
