Final Pot: 7,25 BB Due to what criteria do you decide whether to call down or not? Is this question impossible to answer without specific reads or history? There must be some kind of correct calldown frequency according to optimal play |

Re: A high - calldown or not
i muck it. youre hoping he is just 3 barreling out of position with air. 7 is an awful card completing all straight draws except 2 3.

Re: A high - calldown or not
BB is the 54/15 fish right?
If so I cant see how you can ever fold this hand on pretty much any turn and river. It obviously helps if you have seen him donk before. In this spot I am seeing a SD and making a note. |

Re: A high - calldown or not
I don't know the answer to your question, but I do think that your decision point is the turn here. You should either call the turn intending to showdown or fold the turn.
I'd usually call down in this situation if it was the BBs first donk, expecting to see 5x or 76 or some such, but expecting the combo of improving to the best hand on the river plus the possibility he's donking A3 or J9 or some such allowing me to win unimproved to make calling down turn a thin profit. |

Re: A high - calldown or not
I call down all day and get shown QT
I think that if you want to fold it has to be on the turn, that card sucks. on the river he's likely going to fire the last barrel with whatever so nothing really changed unless he hit a T |
