I'd do 600 to be safe. You might be able to squeeze a little more of out of him but it probably isn't worth the risk of forcing him to fold.

a 600 raise is half your stack so I would think a shove is max EV here.

with the pot a little bigger I shove as well, but shoving your stack into a t450 pot I dont love.
