Default $6.50 - Am I too weak-tight?

Both hands assuming standard villians - no reads...

Anybody play any different? What do you do in Hand #1 if you hold AKs - or AKo?

Cheers...

Both folds. Hand 1 could be good as a call or reraise but this would require a read.

I almost never open-fold my SB. I'd open-complete with 65o and bet if I hit any pair or draw.

Im pretty much opposite, Almost always open fold SB early on in a SNG.

At the $6.50 level I could never see myself folding AQ in the small blind. I've seen people open with K7o in UTG+1 at this level. See a flop and if you hit to pair I would expect it to be good.

As for the second and I think this is a fold too.

Hand #1: Folding seems the best option to me against such a large raise. I would call with AK (suited or not) and probably call AQs to a 3xBB raise

Hand #2: Good. Completing your SB with junk is not a good idea

Agreed, 65o isn't going to hit much .. had there been lots of limper, then it can be ok, but heads up it is not worth much

And JAY !!! Let's say you win the BB, well you'll be a magnificent 30 chips richer. (and if you hit a draw and BB hit a pair he falls in love with it might get expensive)

I would play both hands the same. In hand #1, the raise is to big for me to call with A Qs, but I'd definitely call with A Ks, not A Ko. Hand #2, I'd complete if it was suited about 75% of the time. The other 25%, I'd probably fold.

i dont think folding is so clear cut in hand 1 in a 6.5 turbo...i at least call here a fair amount of the time, his raise isnt ridiculous, just a bit bigger than standard.

hand 2, fine

Hand 1 is really read dependent I am probably calling in position, but might fold from the blinds.

Hand 2 is standard.
