pot control with A-K
UTG is unknown.
Any better ideas on playing this hand - specifically with regards to pot control. Since I 3-bet preflop and cbet, the pot was very large and I faced a very tough decision on the turn! I figured there was just too much in the pot to fold - right ? Re: pot control with A-K
Call. And jamming turn is what I would do. Why would you be playing for pot control NOW when the pot is already the size of your stack?

Re: pot control with A-K
Like everyone else is saying, turn check is horrible. You need to rep that J instead of letting him.

Re: pot control with A-K
call. If we're beaten, it's much more likely by AA than a J or like KK or 55.

Re: pot control with A-K
there is no pot control in 3bet pots with 100bbs. either you think you're ahead postflop or you don't.
