Re: TStoneMBD\'s WSOP Blog
I might update during breaks if something interesting happened, a sick hand took place or I'm a chipleader or something. most likely though most posts will just be an end day recap. I'm gonna try to disclude as many non-wsop things as possible cause I hate when blogs talk about what furniture or video game they just bought. I'm sure ill talk hands/opponents/strategy but it all depends on how much time I have and how much I enjoy the experience of posting. typing on this damn phone is tuff. its new so maybe ill get used to the minikeyboard more.
replies and comments are very welcomed here in this thread. I'm more likely to spend more time making elaborate blog posts if I know there's a lot of interest. ill also try to read and reply to all comments but that's also dependant on how much time I have. for all I know I could be playing 70 hours a week. |

Re: TStoneMBD\'s WSOP Blog
I expect the number of entries to go up a lot since there is so much tv time. I heard there will be many more sats for it too and the buzz seems much stronger. I could be wrong tho.

Re: TStoneMBD\'s WSOP Blog
TStone thanks for the blogs. I really enjoy your writing/thoughts on poker.
Good luck at the WSOP. Too bad the structures are so horrible that the final table becomes a luck-fest. Maybe one day, the players will get smart enough to organize themselves so that the WPT/WSOP final table structures allow more play. I like the idea of re-setting the blinds at the final table based on a standard ratio of chips in play relative to time of the blind levels. This way, you can create a predictable duration for final table that allows for more play. Eventually, the WPT/WSOP poker structure will destroy itself becuz the public & players will lose interest in poker dominated by preflop play. Postflop play is much more interesting to watch. |
