Default NL10c - AJs against the world

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players

BTN: $5.50
SB: $9.06
BB: $7.31
UTG: $1.78
Hero (UTG+1): $8.05
UTG+2: $11.97

Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (UTG+1)
UTG folds, Hero calls $0.05, UTG+2 calls $0.05, MP1 folds, MP2 calls $0.05, CO calls $0.05, BTN calls $0.05, SB calls $0.03, BB checks

Flop: ($0.35) 3 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (7 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">BB bets $0.30</font>, Hero calls $0.30, UTG+2 folds, MP2 calls $0.30, <font color="red">CO raises to $0.90</font>, BTN calls $0.90, SB folds, BB calls $0.60, Hero calls $0.60, MP2 calls $0.60

Turn: ($4.85) 2 (5 Players)

Table is insane..
Please tear apart my play to this point.

I'm looking at a $18 pot with $6 to call.
Looking at the hand I figure I'm facing 2 pair+
And 1-2 players possibly drawing to the same flush..
Fold or call?

Preflop: raise or fold. Do not limp AJs utg+1. If you had raised/folded than you probably wouldn't be in trouble here.

Then I'd be folding to the insane table.
I've played TAG over an hour,
And it doesn't suprise me when I get 5 garbage hands calling my UTG 5xbb, etc.
Raising doesn't isolate here it seems to give incentive.

This is stupid advice. I usually raise this, but if the table is insane as described limp/calling is fine. I almost never fold this PF for a reasonable amount, unsuited is a different story.

I like how you played it. Sometimes I try and get it in on this flop multiway, but this isn't one of those times.

AJo I'd fold no hesitation heh.
Postflop I kept looking for a good spot to push but I couldn't do it.
So is this a call or a fold?

Preflop

If you're going to get a ton of callers, then limping is totally fine here. You've got a big family pot with minimal investment. WEEEEE!!

Flop

I can see calling the BB to see what happens, but after CO raises, I probably shove and expect at LEAST 2 callers (judging by the table, probably 3 or 4).

On the turn, you've lost a good amount of equity, and you're not sure that your A/J outs will give you the winning hand. I'd probably fold here.

Preflop is fine.

I would have raised the flop to $1.00 and pushed if it was raised behind me. You might have as many as 15 outs (probably more like 12).

I agree with Rapid, I flat-call the BB's first flop bet,but when it comes back to me after the co raise I'd put in a big reraise/ship.

Do not limp preflop. Raise to around .20. If you are not comfortable with this hand OOP postflop, I dont think that there is any shame in folding until you get better with it. You played this hand way too passively pf and flop. pf you want to raise and not allow the pot to get 7-handed , at which point your hand becomes difficult to play OOP unless you flop a monster.
As played fold the turn, you have no implied odds because villains are all in and you are getting only ~3-1 to hit your flush when you need better than 4-1. It may be unlikely that your overcards are good.

Thanks all for the input.
Glad I got away from a self-inflicted bad spot.

Results for a chuckle...

Turn: ($4.85) 2 (5 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks, <font color="red">CO bets $3.77 and is All-In</font>, BTN calls $3.77, <font color="red">BB raises to $6.36 and is All-In</font>, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.78 and is All-In

River: ($17.72) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: $17.72 Pot ($0.85 Rake)
BTN showed 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a pair of Deuces) and WON $1.46 (-$4.04 NET)
BB showed 2 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a pair of Deuces) and LOST (-$5.50 NET)
CO showed 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a pair of Sevens) and WON $15.41 (+$10.69 NET)
