Re: winning rate and bb/hr
i'd guess 3-5ptbb / 100 if you are a solid tag. a bb for 100nl is $1 (one big blind) and whilst im at it
BB = big bet $2 bb = big blind $1 ptbb = 2 x big blind $2 (all of the above are for 100nl) |

Re: winning rate and bb/hr
Just to make sure i have this right - poker tracker big bet = ptbb = 2 times a nl big blind goes back to limit holdem with turn and river bets 2 times the big blind right ?
solid nl$100 would be about $6 to $10 per 100 hands ? full ring game ? would this be about the same rate for nl$50 or nl$200 ? i'm guessing the rate/100 hands wouldn't start decreasing until nl$400 any thoughts ? what was the basis for your response to the initial question - a guess ? your experience ? comments at 2+2 ? some article in a magazine ? thank you for taking the time to post in the beginners section |

Re: winning rate and bb/hr
At NL $100, $16/100 hands is a solid win rate. Experts may be able to average a bit over $20/100 hands. See the SSNL FAQ and the stats threads where many people posted win rates of 8 PTBB/100 (16 big linds/100) or more. These assume some multitabling, but not so much that you can't think.
