Casino ships me extra hundo
Was studying some bs management course in the library when my friend called me to go play some craps. I ditch that [censored] and go play some dice. We lose a bit at the craps table, win some at roulette. Leaving I throw a quarter on some random chinese dominoes board and win, so im up a hundred on the day.
We go cashout and I have 330 in chips. Guy stacks the quarters, stacks the fives, then says "430" when I can clearly see its 330. Im like sure, grab the cash, tip him a fin and get the [censored] out. Take that stupid montreal casino. |

I hope you feel good about him getting in serious trouble for his drawer being off, $100, which he likely had to either make up out-of-pocket or get written up/fired.
For a baller like you, weak sauce. Some people have to work for a living, and you should respect that. They pay your bills with that $$$. |

[/ QUOTE ] seriously. i've gotten more money than i deserve on numerous occasions (cash register, casino cashier, whatever) and I always give it back because somebody's going to have to cover the difference between how much money the company in question should have and how much it actually has and it's never going to be the company taking the hit. |

[/ QUOTE ] They don't get in trouble for this. Cashiers are bonded, insured against errors like this. It happens all the time, and it's part of the price of doing business for casinos. Some insurance company somewhere will eat that loss. Everyone here should remember that when you're the recipient of a favorable pay-out error on the part of a casino employee, be it a cashier, a blackjack dealer, or whoever else. In the case of a table game, it will just get lumped in with the table hold (reducing it by whatever amount) and will never be discovered. In the case of a cashier or someone working the floor like a slot change person, the casino is aware humans make mistakes and they are insured against it. The chance that "you get someone fired" because you don't alert them to their pay-out error is virtually nil. |
