I was about to say that I don't know much about it, as I haven't seen an official press release, but I just double-checked 24hNetwork's site and they have information about. Looks like only those from VC's Hebrew site are making the switch.

There are increasing bans on Israeli players which might explain the VC Hebrew site going to the 24hNetwork.
