($27) KQs flops top pair in BB, opp AI on flop
Opp's stats were 24/18 over a small sample size - 17 hands. Any other way to play this?

fold pf would be one way.
betting out 2/3ish would also work, although I also like CRing better. As played I def fold this, if the guy isn't completely crazy. Oh, and I CR a little less, like 450. |

I think that you really should fold it preflop. Especially when you arent even happy to stick it in on this flop.

I would just bet 200 on the flop, bur CRing is also good. However I would def CR smaller, like 400.

This seems pretty spewy. I realize he's opening wide and is on the btn, but I still don't like calling and playing the hand OOP with not a great hand to begin with. On the flop, I like a donk bet and freeze if you get called or raised. Donk bet doesn't commit us to the hand, whereas CR does I think. I would not want to get all in here on the flop.

Against a player with 24/18 stats, aren't we way ahead of his button raise range? Against an EP/MP raise I'm instafolding this, but against a button raise should we really be that nitty?
Agree that I should have led the flop and seen what he did, probably giving it up if he raises. |
