not sure why I'm posting this other than to ask about my turn line...is the multiple small raising this okay or just push?

I probably just shove to his minraise, from my experience if someone raises the turn in these they're not folding like, 99% of the time

Agree that min raise here is mostly someone who wants to get it all in without scaring you out, given fact you lead on the flop.
However an all in reraise to his min raise is an overbet and can only help make him fold when you want him in. Assume (hope) "fold turn" is an attempt to be funny. |

I think the difference between a push and a raise here is rather marginal. Both raise and push can induce a call from a weak hand, it is highly player dependent, but i think a raise brings more money in the pot,and bigger the pot better.
