Jailed for trolling?

Not that I have any sympathy for his views, but should he not be allowed to be free to offend other people, without the law being involved. I believe there were other charges, my point is I don't think the trolling should even be an offence.

I see in the FAQ that 2+2 holds the same views as the courts, I feel like freedom of expression is being eroded to everyones detriment by political correctness, this is true even if you would choose not to say these things. What people believe is just as important as what they say, and you can't stop people believing things, so why stop us knowing what they believe, and enabling us to hear it, by taking away their right to say so.

The difference is that this is a privately run forum and it's owners have a right to stop someone from posting on it. This guy on the other hand, apart from being a punk rascist, should have the freedom not to be thrown in jail for speaking his mind.

I believe in true racial equality and would never do such a thing.
