Readless, I'd pop it up to 600. That way he's pretty much forced to push or fold, but if he's dumb enough to flat call and the flop comes AKx, you can get away from it.

I tend to push because I think it looks weaker than a reraise to alot of players and will get called anyways, and I won't have to second guess my hand on the flop..
Folding on the flop after you invest almost half your stack preflop sucks. |
