I´m playing for ~7 months, studied all the books etc, enjoying this forum very much for a few weeks now, and have just won back a little more than i spent during the first few months.
So, do you think pokerxfactor is worth the 150$ for a rookie like me? I´m looking for more inputs. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

this depends to some degree on your bankroll -- if it is low enough that $150 would a significant hit, then it probably isnt the best idea -- just use the free resources here on 2p2 (read the anthologies in MTTF and STTF, etc). if $150 is like 5% or less of your BR, i would say its absolutely worth it.

What is pokerxfactor?
Apologize in advance for the ignorance on the subject. |

Kentucky,
try the obvious URL. It's a training site with videos by some of the best MTTers out there. If you can afford it (like mlagoo said, if it's 5% or less of your BR) it's very much worth it. |

If you are a recreational player, as in this is your hobby, there is no better way to learn imho, and the money shouldn't be a problem. The $150 is less that a decent driver, less than a decent rod and reel, etc. the $25 a month is less than a round of golf, etc.
the only reason not to do it is: 1) this is a significant amount to you. (so if your living without cable, crappy car, having a hard time paying your bills, skip it) 2) you are exceptionally lazy. i've had the service for 6 months and watched maybe 5 hours of video's. at $50 plus per hour it probably hasn't been worth it, but I keep it in the hope that I will stop being a [censored] at some point and watch them. it's actually pretty inexcusable for me. I play with these guys everyday, they put out video's telling me exactly how they play and what they are thinking, I buy them, then don't watch em |

If 150usd still is a big part of your bankroll after 7 months of active play and studying, then you do something wrong and pokerxfactor will definately help out.
If I met a guy who had a 200dlr bankroll and he asked me for advice, I'd tell him to sign up for a membership, watch all the sng material, and start building from there. Easier, better and more fun than books. |

This thread reminds me that I need to watch more videos. Even with my laziness the $25/month and signup fee is well worth it. Great site IMO.

just a question. There are no way to join 2 guys and both use the same account right?
just to be sure that's not possible. at least for me 150$ is too much, i would pay the 25 without any problem, 150$ is just too much right now. I guess i need to wait |
